🎨 Inner Painting – Nature Immersion

Explore, feel, create

 

What if painting became a path back to yourself?

 

I invite you to a 4-day immersion in nature, in Châtillon-en-Diois (Drôme, France), to step out of the mind, reconnect with the body, and allow a more authentic expression to emerge.

 

This is not about learning technique or creating something “beautiful” or perfect.

It’s about painting from within, from what is alive in you, in the moment.

 

A space to slow down, feel, and reconnect with your natural creative flow.

 

🌿 A living approach to painting

Painting is at the heart of this immersion.

 

Each day includes several sessions of intuitive painting, allowing the gesture to gradually become more free, more spontaneous, more embodied.

 

To support this process, different practices are offered:

 

– Free movement (ecstatic dance)

– Meditation

– Energy awareness and sensing

– Drum journey (shamanic-inspired)

– Nature walks

 

These practices are not the goal.

They are here to support and deepen your creative expression.

 

🌀 A natural process

Over the days, a progression unfolds:

 

Opening

Letting go of expectations, releasing control, allowing the first gestures.

 

Releasing

Expressing what is held back, moving through blocks.

 

Exploring

Going deeper into texture, symbols, and inner landscapes.

 

Integrating

Settling, grounding, giving form to what has emerged.

 

Each person moves at their own pace, in respect of their own process.

This immersion is open to anyone who feels the call to create differently.

No painting experience is required.

Beginners and experienced participants are welcome.

🌿 The Drôme Diois at the foot of the Vercors

Chatillon-en-Diois is one of my favorite places, and I love going there regularly to recharge; it's like a second home to me. Nature is ever-present, Provençal, beautiful and powerful, nestled between plains, river, and mountains. The authenticity is genuine, and this lovely village exudes simplicity and the art of living well, with its exceptional climate. And the Vercors, which forms a natural barrier, is full of spectacular hikes, such as the one to the Cirque d'Archiane and others in the surrounding area.

 

The immersion takes place in the heart of nature, in an environment conducive to calm and inspiration by the river. The group is intentionally small to ensure a high quality of presence and guidance. A simple, authentic space, without pressure or performance expectations, just to explore something within oneself in a sacred way.

😉 Who am I?

 

Passionate about nature and brimming with creativity, I've been painting since my teens. I began with academic training, then studied watercolor and drawing under the renowned Toulouse painter Paul Leberger. I explored my own creations, inspired by my imagination and the stunning landscapes of the Calanques, on very large canvases. For the past few years, I've turned to acrylic painting, still working on very large formats, where nature, energy, and the unseen guide my brushstrokes. Photography has also been a great passion, which I've pursued professionally for mountain magazines, also exhibiting some of my work. Sports, particularly climbing, have also occupied a large part of my life, allowing me to explore myself through the body, movement, dance, and mental strength. I'm a specialist in solo climbing.
